Who we are
This website, islcc.co.in, is operated by ISL Competitive Centre, G-33, Lajpat Nagar-2, New Delhi 110024. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean ISL Competitive Centre.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form, the details you type (name, mobile number, course, preferred centre and any question) are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device. They are not stored on this website. We receive them only if you choose to send that message. If you call or WhatsApp us, we receive your phone number and whatever you share in the conversation.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange demo classes and counselling, and share information about the course you asked about. We do not sell your personal information.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Tag Manager with Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising. These services may set cookies and collect technical data such as your device, browser, pages visited and approximate location. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of personalised ads in your Google and Meta account settings.
Embedded content
Pages may include embedded Google Maps. Embedded content behaves as if you visited the other website, which may collect data about you under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry conversations for as long as needed to respond and to provide any course you join, and then delete them unless the law requires us to keep them.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling or WhatsApping +91 70116 45808.
Children
Many of our students are under 18. We ask that enquiries for students under 18 are made by, or with the knowledge of, a parent or guardian.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
